Job Title: Customer Service Representative.
Location: 1100 Smith Avenue, Thomasville, GA 31792.
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer experience by providing outstanding service and support. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, fastidious attention to detail (especially as pertains to data entry and customer follow-up) and the ability to handle issues with patience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Support Services:

- Assist customers in understanding products, services, and policies.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests for service or information.
- Maintain customer records and update account information with precision.
Problem Solving:

- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or superiors when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Teamwork and Coordination:

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues holistically.
- Share customer feedback with team leads to improve service quality.
Data Handling:

- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection laws.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Quality Assurance:

- Adhere to customer service guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Comfortable with working in a results focused, team oriented, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer and standard office equipment.

We are seeking an experienced Bag / Pouch Machine Operator to join our team in manufacturing flexible packaging. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the bag making machine to ensure the production of high-quality flexible packaging products in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong mechanical aptitude, be able to read and interpret technical drawings, and have experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate the pouch machine according to job specifications, ensuring that the machine is calibrated and producing pouches to the required standards.
- Monitor the machine during operation to ensure that it is running efficiently and effectively, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that the product meets the required quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn parts as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions and issues as they arise, ensuring that downtime is minimized and production targets are met.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including batch numbers, quantities produced, and any quality issues that arise.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, ensuring that the workplace is kept clean and organized at all times.
Requirements:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
